IBPS Exams
IBPS full form Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is one of the leading recruitment bodies that conduct recruitment of various positions like Bank PO and Bank Clerk for different public & private banking exams. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection started operation in the year 1975 and became a self-governing body with the consent of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in the year 1984. As per IBPS Calendar 2023-24, the following are tentative exam dates of IBPS PO, Clerk, SO, & RRB. Vacancy details will be shared once the official notification is out.

RBI Bank Exams
The Reserve Bank of India was established on April 1, 1935 in accordance with the provisions of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. The Central Office of the Reserve Bank was initially established in Kolkata but was permanently moved to Mumbai in 1937. The Central Office is where the Governor sits and where policies are formulated. Though originally privately owned, since nationalisation in 1949, the Reserve Bank is fully owned by the Government of India.
Mr. Shaktikanta Das is serving as the current & 25th governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). He was earlier a member of the Fifteenth Finance Commission and India's Sherpa to the G20. Das is a retired 1980 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of Tamil Nadu cadre.

Bank Exam Eligibility Criteria
To appear for any exam bank, it is important to fulfilling the bank exam eligibility criteria as specified by the official authorities. Commonly all the bank exams require similar eligibility criteria, which is as stated below:
Nationality
A candidate must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, a Tibetan Refugee, or a person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan/Burma/Sri Lanka/East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Age Limit
The minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 20 years and the maximum age also should not be more than 30 years for upcoming bank exams.
Educational Qualification
Minimum graduation degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India.
